It is a terrible sensation.
When you first experience it you start to think the part of your brain controlling your ability to pee got damaged.
Don't worry.
It isn't brain damage. And it is preventable.
First, have you ever noticed when you ejaculate in the shower and try to wash down the drain, the cum clumps up and even seems to get sticky? That's how cum reacts to urine.
When you get older, your body isn't as strong as before when it comes to being able to ejaculate all the cum out of your system.
In other words, you still have some semen in our pipes. And when you pee, the cum reacts the same way it does in the shower (it clings on to the walls). Your nervous systems detects it as pee still in your system and tells you to pee it out. But you can't.
Thankfully, you body will reabsorb eventually. May take an hour or two, though.
How to prevent this from happening.
- Never ejaculate while laying on your back. You are making it more likely that you will have semen left in your system.
- After cumming, make sure to squeeze out any remaining cum. You do this by putting pressure, with one hand, between your balls and anus and, using your other hand, putting pressure from the base of your penis to the tip. (see the picture of your pumping below)
- Wait about an hour after ejaculating to pee. This will allow any remaining cum to get reabsorbed so it will not interact with your urine.
- Strength your pelvic floor muscles to help ejaculate every drop of semen. Some exercises that can help: squatting, kegels, jogging, plyometrics, and sprinting.
What if I have that need to pee sensation right now?
- The only solution I've come across for that situation is to give it time. But if you keep trying to force out pee, it will take longer. Get off the toilet and do something to take your mind off of it (e.g. watch some YouTube videos).
